Bleeding Time and False Aneurysm Incidence on Cattle Slaughtering Using Non-Penetrative Pre-Slaughter Stunning in Indonesia

The use of non-penetrating pre-slaughter stunning (NPPSS) in ruminants remains a contentious issue Indonesia since it is thought to interfere with the bleeding.
